  The week beginning Monday 8th October,  we will be celebrating Black History, 

   

  The aims for the week are; 

   

  • To celebrate the black culture, identity and community.
  • To discuss terms such as; diversity, prejudice and discrimination.
  • Promote an understanding of equal rights.
  • To look at the achievements of significant individuals and the impact they have had.

   

   

  Each year group will be focusing on a significant individual or event which highlights the achievements of black men and women throughout history.

   

   

• Macmillan Coffee Morning

  Thank you to everyone who donated and/or attended our Macmillan Coffee Morning! We raised a spectacular £136.60 for such a worthy cause.

   

  Your generosity is incredible and we are lucky to have such supportive parents/carers.

  40% of proceeds go to school.

  One person from the school will win a cash prize every week.
