NSPCC Number day 2016
We were very thankful for the contributions we received for NSPCC Number Day in February, raising a total of £235 for NSPCC.
Our pupils had a fun and engaging day, working on creative Mathematics enrichment activities across the curriculum.
A special thank you to all the parents who volunteered their time to come into school and give a talk to the children about how they use Maths in their jobs. The feedback from the teachers is that the children really enjoyed hearing all about the different jobs, how Maths can be used in these jobs and how Maths is not just confined to the classroom.
