• Maths in Employment parent talks

  Last Thursday and Friday, we had a number of parents volunteer to give up their time to come into school to talk to the children about how they use Maths in their jobs.  It gave an insight to the children about why Maths is important and how its not just for the school classroom.  The parents that came in, all did a great job, so thank you!

• Tax workshops for KS2

  Thursday and Friday last week, the children in years 3 to 6 had a representative from HMRC to come into school to teach the children about why we pay tax and what it is used for.  The workshops were really fun and informative, which the children all enjoyed.
