Mayor Anderson comes to Mosspits
On Wednesday April 29th, the Mayor of Liverpool, Joe Anderson, visited our school. He met and took questions from our school council and he was really impressed with the standard of questioning from our pupils.
He also talked to the whole school in assembly about how much he loves the job of Mayor and how proud he is to be the first elected Mayor in the city. It was great for our pupils to meet the Mayor and gain an understanding of how the council make decisions about how to improve the city and the lives of its residents.
We are really grateful that the Mayor took time to meet with us in what is a really busy schedule.
