How funds are spent

Our fantastic PA have recently donated £1400 towards our Summer 2016 Health and Wellbeing week for all pupils. This money secured exciting and unusual activities such as Junior Chef's Academy, fencing and ultimate dodgeball, amongst other things!

We've also purchase a huge polytunnel, costing around £1500 which in the allotment space. This can hold a class of pupils for outdoor science lessons and is used by the gardening club to grow the most amazing plants, fruit and vegetables, some of which will be used for school activities such as bread-making, soup-making and pizzas!

Our combined Christmas events raised nearly £3000, which have contributed towards the Christmas Pantomime for all the children and the ‘Around the World’ cultural activities, which allow our children to learn more about different cultures and traditions across the world through art, craft, music and dance. £400 has also be presented to Miss Warn for a new Cross-country team kit.

PA funds 2014-15 have been donated as follows:

£400 towards a new play shed and playground equipment.

£800 towards a school gardener to work on the allotment and run a gardening club.

£2000 for new ipads.

£2000 for creative and multicultural activities to enrich learning across the new curriculum such as visiting artists, musicians and dancers.

£400 for a shed for the school allotment and £220 for gardening equipment.
